One of the key challenges was the lengthy recruitment process, which took 2–4 weeks and relied heavily on manual tasks. By implementing AI-driven workflows, I reduced this cycle to just 10 days, significantly enhancing revenue opportunities by accelerating client onboarding.
A pivotal aspect of this effort was developing a bot to automatically upload candidate PDFs from major job boards into the company database, saving 2 hours of daily manual work and allowing the team to focus on higher-value activities.
To further optimize recruitment, I designed pre-screen video interview workflows that utilized AI to analyze interview transcripts and automatically determine pass or fail outcomes. This innovation saved over 20 hours in interview screening time while ensuring consistent and unbiased evaluations. These AI tools not only streamlined operations but also improved the overall candidate experience through faster processing times.
